martial artist,
I have taken all

indestructible?" No, but it's pretty close. In the
system I will explain to you how to create spare makiwara board in case
you do break them, but the idea is not to break the board. The
idea is to focus your intensity and power, not to just excercise brute

designed to be bulldog-tough. It was designed by a martial
artist,

My makiwara board has
